Light Sensing Symposium

The "Light Sensing Symposium" in Geneva, on June 11, 2012, is organized in honour of Jean-David Rochaix. It will bring together a panel of outstanding scientists to offer a cutting-edge update on light perception and photosynthesis in plants and algae. These topics will be put in a broader perspective that will include light perception in mammals, circadian rythms and optogenetics.
The Symposium is co-sponsored by the CUSO PhD Programme in Molecular Plant Sciences, tutorials will be organized for the PhD students on June 12.
