The Swiss Plant Science Web consists of the following regional networks:

The Zurich-Basel Plant Science Center (Zurich-Basel PSC) includes the universities of Basel and Zurich as well as the ETH Zurich and the Genetic Diversity Centre (GDC), which is located at the ETH Zurich.

BeNeFri includes the universities of Bern, Neuchâtel and Fribourg and the Chemical Analytical Service (CAS) platform located at the University of Neuchâtel.

The network Arc Lémanique Plant Science includes the Universities of Geneva and Lausanne and the Bio-Molecular Analysis (BMA) platform.
